s/b: 20k
c/o: N/A
b/o: will be set in a few days

starting bid, the minimum you can bid is 20k
current offer, no one has yet made an offer, so there isn't one available, the first offer must be at least 20k
buy out, they will set a price where you won't have to worry about bidding, you can purchase at that price.
